I {heart} New York

I took a girls trip last weekend to "The Big Apple" (as Lizzie calls it). What a great four days we had seeing sights, shopping, eating, shopping, seeing Mary Poppins and Wicked, and shopping. We had a great time - thanks to Tiff and Elise for finally forcing me to join them! I loved it!

Happy Halloween!

We celebrated Halloween this year with Banana Boy. . . (go figure)

Minnie Mouse
and Dorothy

We had our annual Halloween Bash at Grandma Moss' and of course wished Grandma Gayle a Happy Halloween Birthday. Alex worked in our neighbor's awesome Haunted Garage with his friends - here is a picture of him being killed by "Belle" - lovely.

All in all, a successful year of HAUNTING!

Hello Pink Arm

Yeah, I know, she can't buy a break. Lizzie broke her arm just above her elbow on General Conference Sunday. What a bummer, but she is a trooper. She got her cast off just last week and she is doing great!

CALIFORNIA

Lizzie and Grandpa Bart. . .
We had the awesome chance to take a much awaited trip to Oceanside, California with the Hopkin bunch in October. My dad rented a beautiful house just a couple of blocks from the beach. We hit Disneyland and played in the sun and also got to see a little bit of the fires that started while we were there. We had a great time with all the gang and especially the cousins. We really can't wait to go back. I forgot to add that Lizzie was a great sport with a big PINK cast on her right arm from a little scooter accident.

Sydney and Abbie

Our very own Sea Monster

Alex took up skim boarding and found a favorite new sport. By the way the water was freezing and the kids were in all day.

This is the cute house we stayed in - if you ever need a beach house, check this one out. It was so great.

The whole gang at Disneyland! What a great time of year to go. We madeBryce and Mer's little 4 year old Parker go on everything. He is most likely damaged for life.

Little too much fun for these two on the Matterhorn.

GOOD TIMES! Thanks Mom and Dad!!
